We are a recognised converter of stratocell as manufactured by Sealed Air Ltd
The company has manufactured numerous items for use in original equipment and packaging. We pride ourselves on getting involved with all industries manufacturing to clients specifications , or advising and designing items to suit particular needs. The materials we use are vast and we list some of them below:
Polyethelene Foam
The main product we
work with is polyethylene foam, which is closed cell, cross linked
or non cross linked. Applications for this product are vast
from swimming floats and garden kneeling mats to military missile
packaging, through items such as camera case inserts and computer
end caps. The foam is colourful, inert, washable, energy
absorbing, light weight, buoyant, CFC free and ideal for cushion
packaging.
Polyurethane Foam
A soft foam that is available in many different grades, ideal for cushion packaging, where the fragility factor is high. This product is also used in three piece sofas, caravan cushions etc and can be supplied to combustion modified standards. We also supply solid polyurethane in molded and sheet/bar format to varying thickness's.
Rubber Products
This is a general term and the amount of rubbers available are vast. Some of these are natural, neoprene, silicone, latex etc. All are available in solid or foamed forms and are used in a variety of applications.
Moulding
We have the ability to mold the cross linked polyethylene materials, and can advise clients where this service is required.
Other Products
These include cardboard cartons in various grades, polycarbonate sheeting and other solid plastic sheeting, supplied as sheet or pre-cut panels we can drill or shape. Wooden products, where we get asked to supply wood attached to foam or other plastic products. Solid plastic boxes, plain or printed, for returnable packaging applications. This type of work is usually to exacting clients specifications. We are also able to supply bubble wrap, bubble bags, and other packaging products.
